Custom company swag.
Company swag has a reputation problem, and it has earned it. The way out is not a bigger budget but a stricter test: would somebody choose this if it had no logo on it? Everything here is picked against that question.

Fewer items, better ones
A good hoodie and a decent tumbler beat a bag of six cheap things at the same total cost, and they are still in use a year later.
One order for the year
Setup is charged once per design and the unit price drops with quantity, so buying a year of onboarding kits in one run costs materially less per person than ordering monthly.
One logo, applied consistently
Upload your artwork once and use it across the whole kit. We proof every item, so a mug and a hoodie end up carrying the same mark.
Restraint reads as quality
A small engraved mark on stainless steel gets worn and used. The same logo printed across a chest usually does not.
The most common mistake in company swag is optimising for the moment it is handed over rather than the year that follows. A box with six items in it makes a better photograph than a box with two, but the two good things are what still get used at the end of the quarter. Since your logo only does any work while the item is in use, the cheap filler is not just wasted money, it is actively counterproductive.
Apparel is where most orders go wrong, and almost always on fit and weight rather than design. A heavyweight tee or a properly lined hoodie gets worn outside the building; a thin one becomes a decorating shirt. Collect sizes from people rather than estimating them, order the total quantity you need and send us the breakdown as a note — mixing sizes costs nothing extra. If you are buying for new hires, put the size question on the offer paperwork and the problem solves itself.
Drinkware is the safest single purchase in the category, because an insulated tumbler or bottle is used daily by almost everyone, holds an engraved mark permanently, and does not need a size. Tech accessories are close behind: a power bank or cable organiser lives on a desk indefinitely, which is more visibility than a mug ever gets.
On timing, work backwards from the date rather than forwards from the order. Production is 7 to 12 business days after you approve the proof, plus 2 to 5 days in transit, so two weeks is a realistic total and three is comfortable. For a fixed date — a launch, a conference, a start date — tell us when you order and we will confirm in writing whether it is achievable, including rush production if it is needed. What we will not do is agree to a date and hope.
Questions we get asked
What company swag do people actually keep?
From our order data: insulated drinkware, heavyweight apparel, decent bags and anything that solves a desk problem. What gets thrown away is thin apparel, single-use plastic and novelty items.
How much should we budget per person?
A useful welcome kit lands somewhere around $30 to $50 per person at typical quantities. You can model exact numbers from the volume table on each product page before committing to anything.
Can we mix apparel sizes in one order?
Yes, at no extra cost. Order your total quantity and send us the size breakdown as a note or in reply to the proof email.
Can you ship kits to individual home addresses?
Yes. Kitting and multi-address drops are available for remote teams. Send us the address list and we will quote it before you order.
Do we need a vector logo?
It helps, but it is not required. PNG, JPG and PDF all upload fine, and if the file is not clean enough to print well our art team will redraw it as vector art, quoting any fee before starting. If you have no logo at all, the online designer can build a simple single-colour one.
