Collect sizes before you order, not after
Order the total quantity you need and send the breakdown as a note — for example 10 S, 25 M, 25 L, 15 XL. A shared form filled in by parents or players beats an estimate every time.
Get the design signed off first
One approval from whoever actually decides, before we make the screens. Changing a design after setup means paying setup again.
Order in one run, not per family
Price per unit falls steeply with quantity and setup is charged once, so a single school-wide order is dramatically cheaper than a dozen small ones.
Allow for the season, not the week
About two weeks from proof approval to delivery. For a season opener or a graduation, order a month out and stop worrying about it.

Can we mix sizes in one order?
Yes, at no extra cost. Order the total quantity and send us the size breakdown as a note or in reply to your proof email.
Can we print names or numbers on individual shirts?
Individual personalisation is not part of our standard online pricing. Contact us with what you need and we will tell you whether we can do it and what it costs.
What is the minimum order?
It varies by product and is listed on every product card, but most apparel starts at 24 to 36 units.
