Terms of service
Last updated: July 2026
1. The agreement
By placing an order with Swaglys ("we", "us") you agree to these terms. If you're ordering on behalf of a company, you confirm you're authorized to bind it.
2. Orders & proofs
Every order includes a digital art proof. Production begins only after you approve the proof, and the approved proof defines what we owe you. Check spelling, colors, and placement carefully. Approved-as-is errors are your responsibility (though we'll always help find the cheapest fix).
3. Pricing & payment
Prices shown on product pages are per-unit and tiered by quantity; one-time setup fees are listed where they apply. Payment is due at checkout and processed by Stripe. Displayed prices may change, but never for an order you've already placed.
4. Your artwork
You confirm you own or are licensed to use any artwork you upload. You grant us a limited license to reproduce it solely to produce your order and prepare proofs. We refuse orders containing unlawful, hateful, or infringing content at our discretion, with a full refund.
5. Quantity variance
Industry-standard production may occasionally yield a small overrun/underrun. We ship at least the quantity you ordered or refund the difference for any shortfall, and we never bill for overruns.
6. Delivery & risk
Lead times on product pages are good-faith estimates; confirmed rush dates we've agreed to in writing are commitments. Risk of loss passes on delivery. Our returns policy covers damaged or non-conforming goods.
7. Warranty & liability
Our guarantee is simple: delivered goods will match the approved proof, or we reprint or refund. Beyond that, our total liability for any order is capped at the amount you paid for it. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g. an event that went merch-less).
8. Site use
Site content (text, photography, design) belongs to Swaglys and may not be scraped or reused commercially without permission. Don't abuse, probe, or disrupt the service.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes go first to good-faith negotiation; unresolved ones to the state or federal courts of Delaware.
