Trade show giveaways

Booth swag has two jobs: get someone to stop walking, and still be on their desk a month later. Most giveaway merchandise fails the second one, which is why so much of it ends up in the hotel bin.

What matters when you're buying this

Split your budget in two

A cheap high-volume item for everyone who walks past, and a small number of genuinely good items for the conversations that matter. One budget trying to do both jobs does neither.

Tote bags do the advertising for you

A branded tote gets carried round the hall all day by somebody else. Per impression it is the cheapest thing on the list, which is why the bag sponsors pay for the privilege.

Order to arrive a week early

Not the day before. Boxes go missing, venues lose deliveries, and an approved proof cannot be rushed into existence. Tell us your event date and we will work backwards from it.

Think about the flight home

Attendees abandon anything heavy or awkward at the hotel. Flat, light and useful travels; ceramic and bulky does not.

Questions we get asked

How much should we order for a trade show?

A common rule is enough for a third of expected booth traffic for the cheap item, and 10 to 20 of the premium item for real conversations. Better to run out of the good thing than to ship 400 tumblers home.

Can you hit a hard event date?

Usually, and rush production is available on most products. Contact us with the date before you order and we will confirm feasibility and any rush charge in writing.

Do you supply lanyards and table covers?

Yes, both are in our trade show and events category, along with the rest of the booth kit.
