Shipping

Rates

• Free US shipping on orders of $500 or more, after any discounts.
• Flat $24 for orders under $500.
• We ship to all 50 states, including AK and HI. We don't currently ship internationally.
• Sales tax is calculated from your shipping address at checkout.

Timing

Two clocks run on every order: production and transit. Production starts when you approve your art proof and runs 7–12 business days depending on the product (each product page lists its lead time). Transit adds 2–5 business days. Most orders arrive about two weeks after proof approval.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. Large orders may ship in multiple boxes under one tracking set.

Hard deadlines & rush production

Ordering for an event? Add your in-hands date to the order notes, or contact us before ordering. We plan production backwards from your date, confirm feasibility in writing, and quote any rush charge upfront. No surprises on the invoice.

Address changes

We can update the shipping address any time before the order ships. Just reply to your order confirmation email with the new address.
