What we collect

• Order information: name, email, company, phone, and shipping address, used to produce and deliver your order.
• Artwork: logo files you upload, used only to decorate your products and prepare proofs.
• Payment data: handled entirely by Stripe; card numbers never touch our servers.
• Usage data: standard server logs (IP, pages viewed) for security and performance.

How we use it

To fulfill orders, send proofs and order updates, respond to support requests, and improve the site. We send marketing email only if you opt in, and every message includes one-click unsubscribe.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your personal information to anyone, ever.
• Use your logo or company name in our marketing without written permission.
• Store card numbers on our infrastructure.

Who we share with

Only the vendors needed to run the store: Stripe (payment), our shipping carriers (delivery), our email provider (transactional messages), and our hosting provider. Each receives only the minimum data needed for its job.

Cookies & local storage

Your cart is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device until you check out. We use no third-party advertising trackers.

Your rights

Email hello@swaglys.com to request a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. We respond within 30 days. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to delete, which the same email honors.

Retention & security

Order records are retained for tax and warranty purposes (7 years), artwork for easy reorders (until you ask us to delete it). Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and access is limited to staff who need it.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, we'll note it here and, for significant changes affecting order data, email active customers.
