Nonprofit and fundraiser merchandise

Every dollar spent on merchandise is a dollar not spent on the mission, so the maths has to work. The merchandise that does work is the kind supporters wear in public, because that is advertising you are not paying for.

What matters when you're buying this

Price it so it funds something

If you are reselling, work backwards: unit cost plus setup divided across the run, then a margin that makes the effort worthwhile. Our volume tables let you model that before committing to anything.

Wearables beat desk items

A tee or a tote is seen by strangers. A branded pen is seen by the person who owns it. For awareness, put your mark on something that leaves the house.

Recycled materials are worth the small premium

Supporters notice, and it is consistent with most nonprofit messaging. Our eco range is filterable, with the material stated on every product page.

One design, one setup fee

Setup is charged once per design, so resisting the temptation to make four variants keeps far more of the budget in the mission.

Questions we get asked

Do you offer nonprofit pricing?

Our published volume pricing is the same for everyone, and it is already priced without a sales team on top. For larger runs get in touch, because past our volume threshold we price by hand and can usually do better than the table.

What is the cheapest way to reach a lot of supporters?

High-volume, low-cost items: tote bags, pens and stickers. Cost per unit drops sharply with quantity, so one larger order beats several small ones.

Can supporters order individually?

Not from us directly, but we can produce a run for you to distribute or sell. Ask us about a branded store if that is what you need.
