Yes. Every order includes a free digital proof prepared by a designer. Nothing goes to production until you approve it, and revisions are free.
How long until my order arrives?
Order today and we estimate delivery August 24–27. That is a business day for you to approve your free proof, about 10 business days of production, then 2–5 business days of transit anywhere in the US. Need it faster? Add a note at checkout or contact us for rush options.
What is the setup fee?
A one-time $45.00 charge covers preparing your artwork for this decoration method. Reorders of the same design skip the fee. It is waived entirely on orders of 100 units or more.
What artwork file should I upload?
A vector file (PDF or EPS) prints sharpest. High-resolution PNG and JPG work too. If your file needs cleanup, our art team fixes it for free as part of your proof.
