What is the setup fee?
A one-time $60.00 charge covers preparing your artwork for this decoration method. Reorders of the same design skip the fee. It is waived entirely on orders of 100 units or more.
What artwork file should I upload?
A vector file (PDF or EPS) prints sharpest. High-resolution PNG and JPG work too. If your file needs cleanup, our art team fixes it for free as part of your proof.
